Booking and Payment

When you submit a booking inquiry through our website:

• Your inquiry constitutes a request for services, not a confirmed booking
• We will confirm availability and provide payment instructions separately
• Payment is required in advance to secure your booking
• Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy operates as follows:

• Customer Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled time; 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before; no refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• Weather Cancellations: If we cancel due to severe weather, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional cost
• Our Cancellations: If we cancel for operational reasons, you receive a full refund

Participant Requirements

By booking a tour, you confirm that:

• You possess reasonable physical fitness for walking 3-5 kilometres
• You will arrive at the designated meeting point on time
• You will follow guide instructions regarding safety and group management
• You have disclosed any mobility limitations or special requirements

Liability Limitations

While we take reasonable precautions for participant safety:

• Participants join tours at their own risk
• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence
• We recommend participants maintain appropriate travel insurance
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific tour

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Verse-cypress and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Respect other participants and guides
